Privacy Policy

Effective 13 August 2026 · applies to the Pagerama browser extension and this website

The short version: Pagerama collects nothing, transmits nothing and has no servers to send anything to. Your screenshots are created, edited and stored on your device, and only you can move them anywhere else.

What we collect

Nothing. Pagerama has no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers and no user accounts. The extension makes no network requests of any kind.

Where your screenshots live

Captures are processed entirely in your browser and kept in the extension's local browser storage (IndexedDB) on your device so the editor can reopen them. Pagerama retains at most your 10 most recent captures and you can delete any of them at any time from the popup. Exported files are ordinary downloads saved wherever you choose. Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage.

Permissions, and why each one exists

PermissionWhy Pagerama needs it
activeTabLets Pagerama capture the tab you're looking at, only after you click the extension or press its shortcut. It grants no standing access to any website.
scriptingInjects the measuring/scrolling script into that one tab for the duration of a capture. Pagerama requests no host permissions — it cannot read sites in the background.
storageSaves your settings (format, delay, editor preferences) locally.
clipboardWritePowers the “Copy” button that puts a finished screenshot on your clipboard.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party fonts, scripts or pixels, and makes no requests to any domain other than its own. Your visit is not logged by us beyond whatever standard access logs our hosting provider keeps to operate the service.

Third parties

There are none. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to anyone, because no data is collected.

Children's privacy

Pagerama collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If Pagerama ever adds a feature that involves any network activity (for example, optional cloud sharing), it will be strictly opt-in, this policy will be updated first, and the version in the Chrome Web Store listing will change accordingly.
